There’s something sacred about a Sunday.
It’s the one day of the week that doesn’t ask you to rush, perform, or prove anything. It just gently invites you to be. And if you’ve been running on fumes, pouring out all week long, showing up for everyone else, and holding it all together with both grace and grit… this is for you.
Today is your reminder that it’s okay to refill.
Not later. Not when life slows down. Not when you feel like you’ve earned it.
But today. Rest isn’t a reward; it's necessary.
Resetting isn’t selfish; it's self-care. You can’t keep pouring from an empty place and expect to stay whole and sane.
So here’s the question: what will you do this week to reset?
Will you wake up 15 minutes earlier for quiet time? Take a walk without your phone? Say no to something that drains you? Drink more water? Journal? Pray a little longer? Go to bed earlier? Let us learn from you. Drop a comment or two and share what you’re doing this week for yourself. You never know who might be inspired by your reset
